After 5 months of hounding someone named Erica on his staff agreed to refund some of my money and then disappeared.

Keith needs to continue to be exposed. Keith Wellman is just a kid full of him self with no manners or business sense.

A few months later… No product. He wouldn’t return my calls. Nobody in his office would return my calls. The company that charged my credit card couldn’t get him to respond. It was too late at that point to get a refund from my credit card company. It was just a big mess. I would avoid ever doing business with Keith Wellman.

Because of this, I’ve unsubscribed from every one of Keith’s lists, yet he continues to spam me. His office has even called me on a couple of occassions to try to extract more money from my pockets. But they don’t want to hear about the problem that was never resolved.

Beware of doing business with some of these so-called “gurus”. Some are legit, but far too many are simply experts at “legal” theft.

I would like to add that I’ve since gone on to spend several thousand more with another online marketing group. They not only lived up to their promises, but have helped me develop a thriving online business.

Too bad I couldn’t have done the same with Keith. He seemed like a really nice guy when I met him in person. Maybe he’s just gotten too busy to care about customer service.

Based on your experience, the customer support and product fulfilment definitely sucks. And it is possibly one of the most important and most overlooked process to an online business that most marketers take for granted, especially when you’re dealing with physical products…

I’ve notified the company and all I get is “You did order” - that’s right I did order, but I didn’t receive anything so why am I paying??? Their reply - “You did order and it was printed on there that you would be charged monthly for the DVD”. Okay, I did order - I’m not disputing that - what I’m upset about is paying for something I didn’t receive and the lack of customer service.

They have now stopped charging me for DVD, but refuse to refund the money I spend on DVD’s I’ve never received. Guess that’s how Keith Wellman got rich selling, but not delivering - a good way to make money, but not to conduct business. I’m out of pocket over $50.00 - take a guess at how many other people are in the same position I’m in???

From the information I’ve obtained over the internet - numerous individuals have and a lot more money then I lost.

“Due deligence” is definitely important especially when you do not know who exactly is on the other side.

I’m sure those who read this would have saved themselves from loosing money to the scammers out there.
