A few friends recently emailed to ask what I’ve been doing, and in case you’re wondering why I’m not updating my blog as often…
Well… I’ve now to spend more time taking care of my baby boy, Rayner Lai, which means that time management is very important. Not only that, I’m renting out my apartment to shift back with my mom, and as well as venturing into real estate business specialising in private properties.
Back to the Internet aspect, I’m moving on now with some of the projects which I’ve put on hold for awhile, such as:
- Membership site on resell rights products
- A free report that teaches you how to make more money with a blog
- Free video tutorials for the Internet newbies
During these past 2 months, I’ve did freelance and experimented with a [tag]Content Management System[/tag] called [tag]Joomla[/tag]. It is quite powerful if you know what to do with it, and i’m going to use it for my membership site. So keep a lookout for it.

I tried setting up Joomla but struggled for days and then gave up. Is it ok to set up a membership site with Wordpress and then password protect it?
